Mail-In Test Option Select this appointment if you would like a Postal Kit mailed to you. Because this is a mail-in test, you can select any date and time to reserve this test. We will reschedule your review appointment after the test results come back (usually 7-10 days). Once you place and pay for your order, we’ll ship the kit directly to your home. The kit includes step-by-step instructions and an accompanying video. After you self-collect your hair sample and send it back to our processing center, a report will be generated. We’ll set up a time to review your scan and findings via Zoom once we get the results back. You'll receive a copy of your 34-page report via email before the appointment.
